• If the size is regular and there are no changes in it then we will ship it within 1 to 3 Business Day after complete payment. Other than that will be shipped within 7 to 13 Business Days.
• All custom Fitting needs work starting from patterning and resizing logos according to measurements, therefore shipping time is 7 to 13 Business days.
• For international delivery, there is no problem where ever you live. We give 100% guaranteed delivery.
• For international customers, we ship to our local agents or dealers to ship you locally to save your Custom Duty or make your custom duty as much lowest as much possible.
• For international Customers sometimes we ship nearest country from yours by comparing the custom relation of other countries.
• If the product will come back 100 times we will send it 101 times again.

Privacy & Security

Refund & Returns

• We are not charging any shipping costs. So if you are paying for returning charges that means it’s not a bad deal.
• If you feel your product is not worth what you have been paid for, just return it and we will refund all amounts “NO” question ask.
• If your product has some defect, simply take a photo of that section and send that to us.
• Return & refund policy does not apply if you have been given the wrong size or custom size.
• International Customers: If you deny paying Custom Duty in your country then we will pay you a 70% refund.
• International Customers: If you are not at home or the Courier Company couldn’t get a hold of your contact number for 3 days then you might have to pay $50.00 or get your returned jacket or a 70% refund.

Daim Moto will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 14 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase And Order Refund Charges  20 USD, This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Imported Notices

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 16-30 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
